Mission Statement & Our Vision

Our Mission

Our aim is to deliver high quality care in an enabling environment that allows children to be curious and confident in their play.  The children will be taught British values, and everyone will have a voice.  The home cooked food served will be healthy and nutritionally balanced.  We will have an ongoing drive for improving quality and will support staff and invest heavily in training

The Curriculum for Wales will be delivered both indoors and outdoors and activities planned will be purposeful, relate to the real world and support the children’s future development and learning. Children will be ready for school because they will have been taught life skills to help them to become more confident and independent.

Our Vision

To always put children first and give them the best start in life by inspiring them to be curious, investigate and make discoveries in our happy, safe, nurturing, inclusive and healthy bilingual setting where the proficient team is striving for excellence.

Corwen Day Nursery is an amazing nursery where children are most definitely put first. My son is thriving and enjoys all learning experiences that he participates in. The food he receives is of the highest standard and his table manners are excellent for a child that has just turned three.

Fantastic nursery. Out daughter loves going to nursery, which is a huge relief for working parents having to leave their child for the day. The staff at the nursery ensure there is always something exciting and different to do each day. My daughter has developed hugely since starting at the nursery and I believe that this is not only down to the social interaction, but the quality of care shown by the staff. It is refreshing to see a nursery that that considers the quality of the child's experience rather than being merely a child minding service.
