Pricing

Effective from Tuesday 30th April 2024

Nursery fees are payable a month in advance by the last Friday of the month. Late payment of fees will incur an additional 10% of the amount outstanding. You can choose to pay by cash, bacs, voucher or standing order. You understand that should you collect your child after 6.00pm, a charge of £25.00 for each half hour will be incurred.

Sickness – Full fees are due if a child is ill or is hospitalised. Staff can not undertake to look after a sick child, and you will be contacted to make arrangements to collect the child as soon as possible.

Holidays – Full fees are due on all holidays that you book. The nursery is closed on bank holidays and in between Christmas and New Year – no fees due.

Cancellation – Cancellation of sessions will be charged in full, without the written four weeks’ notice of intention.

Notice – Four weeks written notice are required to cancel a child’s place within the nursery.

Closure due to flooding or snow – full fees will be due. Closure due to a pandemic – Full fees will be due for the first four weeks only.
